Exchanges/Returns
Should you need to exchange an item, you may bring it to our store, or you may send it back to school in a bag with your contact information and the details of your exchange or refund request. We will pick up and re-deliver to the school free of charge. 
  • To exchange/return a purchased item, the item has to:
    • ​NOT BE WASHED
    • STILL HAVE THE TAGS (if applicable)
    • BE IN A RE-SELLABLE CONDITION​
